On February 22nd, 2024, Paul Stares, the Director of the Center for Preventive Action at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), accompanied by Research Fellow David Sacks at the CFR, visited the Center for American Studies at Fudan University (CAS Fudan). They engaged in in-depth discussions with Professor Wu Xinbo, the Director of the CAS Fudan, and Professor Xin Qiang, the Deputy Director of the CAS Fudan, on topics including Sino-US relations, regional security situations, the Taiwan question, and crisis management.
