IIS Fudan and its affiliated research centers issue three scholarly journals, which are Fudan American Studies issued by the Center for American Studies (CSSCI source collection), Chinese Journal of Korean Studies issued by the Center for Korean Studies (CSSCI source collection) and Journal of China's Neighboring Diplomacy issued by the Center for China’s Relations with Neighboring Countries.

Besides, the Center for Japanese Studies releases Journal of Japanese Studies.

IIS  Fudan and its affiliated research centers gradually set the routine of  releasing annual reports on their research fields, including Fudan  International Strategy Report on international dynamics, Strategic  Report on Sino-U.S. Relations on China-U.S. interactions,Strategic Report on Sino-Japanese Relations on China-Japan interactions, Research  Report on China’s Neighboring Diplomacy focusing on Asia-Pacific area,  Russia-China Dialogue exploring the bilateral cooperation and Russian and Eurasian Studies providing a glimpse of Russia and Eurasia.

IIS Fudan and its affiliated research centers released 6 series books, including IIS Fudan Series on International Studies, Series on the United States and the World in the 21st Century,Fudan University Series on Japanese Studies, Series on Japanese Studies and Sino-Japanese Relations, Fudan University Series on China’s Neighboring Diplomacy Studies, Fudan United Nations Studies Series.

      IIS Fudan organized the “IIS Fudan Working Paper Series,” which initiates “three principles” of originality, quality, and impact. Between 2014 and 2016, the “IIS Fudan Working Paper Series” published 7 working papers.
