Abstract：The US hegemony is in relative decline compared to its post-Cold War dominance. The US seeks to renew itself to maintain its hegemony, which is closely linked to the strategic competition with China. It poses risks to China and a significant challenge to the trajectory of China-US relations that should not be taken lightly.
