On the morning of June 19, 2024, Frank Jannuzi, President and CEO of the Mansfield Foundation, led a delegation of nine people to visit the Center for American Studies at Fudan University (CAS Fudan). The delegation included experts and scholars from the U.S. Department of State, Princeton University, the University of Maine, Temple University, and other institutes and universities.
Prof. Wu Xinbo, Director of the CAS Fudan, and Frank Jannuzi each delivered speeches, expressing their hopes for continued academic exchange and cooperation between the two countries. Following the speeches, a roundtable discussion on China-U.S. Relations and Regional Security was held. Scholars from both countries engaged in candid and in-depth exchanges on topics such as China-U.S. economic and technological competition, security in East Asia, and issues related to the South China Sea.
