Abstract:
Against the backdrop of profound changes unseen in centuries, the international community faces difficulties and challenges, making cultural security issues increasingly complex and significant. China’s concept of cultural security is guided by a holistic approach to national security, with ideological security at its core, and is firmly based on cultural confidence. It aims to expand international cultural security guarantees through global initiatives and resolve cultural security dilemmas between nations by promoting people-to-people exchanges. The approach is systematic, autonomous, coordinated, open, and practical. In response to new external changes, China should continue to strengthen ideological guidance, practice the core socialist values, spread excellent Chinese culture, enhance cyber cultural security, and implement significant global initiatives, thereby providing cultural strength and a solid foundation for building a global community of shared future.
