The list of awardees for the 17th Shanghai Outstanding Achievement Awards in Philosophy and Social Sciences has been announced. Research outcomes by nine faculty members of the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University—including Wu Xinbo, Song Guoyou, Sun Degang, Ren Xiao, Xin Qiang, Wang Guangtao, Zhao Minghao, Wen Yao, Xie Chao—received awards, comprising four First Prizes and five Second Prizes.
It is noted that the Shanghai Outstanding Achievement Awards in Philosophy and Social Sciences are the highest-level honors in this field within the municipality and are conferred biennially.
