On October 27, 2023, the Shanghai Forum 2023 commenced at the Shanghai International Convention Center. That afternoon, Professor Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Studies and Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, presided over a high-level dialogue entitled Sino-American Relations: Too Big to Fail?
