In December 2023, the official release of China-Russia Dialogue: The 2023 Model (Chinese Version) took place, marking its ninth consecutive annual publication. Co-published since 2015 by the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University (IIS Fudan), the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), and the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICCA RAS),, the report is authored collaboratively by Chinese and Russian experts and is presented in both languages for audiences in China and Russia. Professor Feng Yujun, Vice Dean of the IIS Fudan and Director of the Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies (CRCAS Fudan), leads the Chinese team, while the Russian team is led by Kirill Babaev, Director of the ICCA RAS, and Andrey Kortunov, Academic Director of the RIAC.
