LIU Jiping is the Party Secretary of the School of International Relations and Public Affairs at Fudan University (SIRPA Fudan). He received his B.A. in History (1985), Master Degree in economics (1998) from Fudan University, pursued further studies from 1998 to 1999 at Soka University, conducted an academic visit to Hong Kong University in April 2003 and engaged in the presence of designated overseas exchange missions to France and the United States respectively.
