个人简介
严少华，复旦大学国际问题研究院中欧关系研究中心青年副研究员。先后于2007年、2011年毕业于南开大学历史学院世界历史系，获得历史学学士及硕士学位（硕士期间作为团中央“西部计划抗震救灾专项行动志愿者”在陕西省宁强县支教一年）。2014-2015年就读于比利时欧洲学院（College of Europe in Bruges），获得欧盟外交与国际关系硕士学位。2017年毕业于香港大学欧洲研究中心，获得博士学位（欧洲研究方向）。2017年7月至2021年1月在广东外语外贸大学广东国际战略研究院欧洲研究中心担任专职研究员以及《战略决策研究》英文编辑。
曾赴欧洲议会图书馆（2014，卢森堡）以及欧洲议会对外关系总司（2015，布鲁塞尔）从事访问研究。主持外交部“中欧关系指南针计划”项目（2021、2018）、外交部“中国-中东欧国家关系研究基金”项目（2019）以及欧盟委员会高等教育能力建设项目（2017-2020）。在《国际问题研究》、《复旦学报》、《太平洋学报》、Energy Policy、Transnational Corporations Review等中英文核心期刊和编著中发表10多篇研究论文，部分文章获得《人大复印报刊资料》（中国外交）和《新华月报》全文转载。严少华是亚欧关系SSCI期刊Asia Europe Journal副编辑(associate editor)，并担任Journal of Contemporary European Studies、Chinese Journal of International Politics、International Relations等知名刊物以及Routledge出版社匿名审稿专家。他的评论文章和观点见诸China Daily、South China Morning Post、CGTN、Global Times、EUObserver、EurActiv、the Diplomat、The Parliament Magazine、人民日报（海外版）、新华社、环球时报、澎湃新闻、FT中文网、香港《明报》、《信报》和《大公报》等中外主流媒体。
应邀参加布莱德战略论坛（斯洛文尼亚）、中欧论坛（布鲁塞尔）、欧盟-金砖青年峰会（赫尔辛基）、东盟青年代表大会（雅加达）、两岸青年领袖研习营（台北）、模拟亚欧会议（新加坡）等会议并做发言，在澳门大学、香港中文大学（深圳）、挪威斯塔万格大学、中国政法大学、法国昂热商学院上海分校等机构举办讲座或授课，并多次赴美国、法国、瑞士、卢森堡、芬兰、波兰、保加利亚、斯洛文尼亚、日本等20多个国家参与学术会议和交流。
